Conceived as an international destination campus, this production facility offers Class A Sound Stages and world-class amenities for productions and crews from around the continent, including a microtel and conditioned campus circulation. The architecture of this studio campus is designed from both a response to the unique climate and a desire to reflect the joy and pride of the local community in this Canadian province.
Inspired by the efficient structure of indigenous buildings and the optimism of contemporary urban forms, these sound stages, offices and support functions celebrate the past, the present, and the future. The campus is crafted to meet the needs of a multitude of productions through its thoughtfully articulated and exceedingly sustainable spaces: from recycled materials to efficient mechanical systems, and from natural light to beehives.
