DANCING WITH THE STARS
Dancing with the Stars, an ever-popular reality TV show needed a new rehearsal studio that served not only as a space to practice dance routines, but also in which to film these practices for their content. Working with the production management company, BDG created a striking design across multiple studios that allowed for the dancing to shine yet still gave the extra flair needed for a major television production.
A custom installation, designed using parametric tools and comprised of hundreds of uniquely-cut cardboard tubes, creates a rhythmic movement across the ceiling, mimicking the beauty of the dancing across the floor below.
