In conceiving and planning this new development, BDG aimed for the maximum allowed rentable area – so that it can be a successful venture – while being sensitive to the desires and demands of the community. In establishing design parameters, BDG created a project that reflects the architectural legacy of its iconic neighborhood and promotes the strong sense of community of which the area is known.
The result is a dynamic and innovative solution of 80 townhomes that weave across the site, pushing and pulling to create courtyards of amenities and a sense of identity.
