Baja casa pana, where sand meets sky. This tranquil retreat, designed by BDG Founder Tima Bell, is removed from the bustle of the big cities and sits in an idyllic location at the tip of San Jacinto.
Embraced by an endless and impressive dryland on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other, this two-story house features a patio-corridor that serves as a connection between both worlds (the dry and the humid).
The house’s spacious plan takes advantage of views along the ocean and gives every room a slightly different view. The concept utilizes the natural features of the site to create an ideal retreat which boasts an inviting interior, modern essentials, and ocean views for days.
Now nearing completion, Baja House is set to open its doors soon, offering a unique escape where architecture and nature exist in perfect harmony. This final phase marks the realization of a vision crafted with care and precision—an invitation to experience serenity at its finest.
The design magnifies the environment, respecting it and appreciating it, through strategic openings oriented in both directions and multiple indoor/outdoor spaces that integrate both environments seamlessly.
