BARKER BLOCK LOFTS
The iconic Barker Block Lofts are a community of condominiums in the desirable Arts District area of Downtown Los Angeles. In need of improvements to its public areas, BDG provided architectural services to renovate the rooftop pool deck and gym, with their wonderful view of the City's skyline.
New canopies, planters, furniture and lighting came together to create a contemporary yet comfortable recreational space for the residents. In addition to the rooftop, BDG collaborated with local artist Alfonso Gonzalez to renovate the corridors with a custom mural of palm leaves to help create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for tenants.
