PROGRAM: Dual-branded hotel and timeshare resort with event/conference spaces.
Project 5 is the first in a new series of collaborative resort projects between two iconic, international hospitality brands. Ideally located in an existing 70-acre resort development, it offers world-class amenities that include extensive F&B outlets, numerous and varied conference/event spaces, sales offices, member amenities, children’s play spaces, luxury spa, rooftop pools and decks, and private balconies throughout.
BDG provided comprehensive services to create this dual-brand property, structuring the conceptual approach around the tango — a passionate dance in which two partners mirror each other, drawing on their core strengths, differences, and the power of connection to create a compelling and dynamic audience experience. The team intentionally integrated these two distinct hospitality leaders into one cohesive complex, playing to their strengths and complementing each other in a distinct, industry-competitive, and innovative manner.

FROM SYMMETRY
The hospitality models of these two brands are fundamentally different — one deeply rooted in decades of vacation ownership for families and the other in style-forward, boutique stays for experience seekers. Opposites on a grand scale, yet aligned by a shared sense of symmetry.
Alike in their desire to build a global network of unique, dynamic, and compelling membership clubs defined by top tier design and amenities. Both share a priority for putting choice at travelers’ fingertips, and for offering experiences that satiate guests from start to finish, leaving them eager to return. They equally understand that the resorts set to dominate the coming decade are being planned today.

Bridging these two brands creates a powerful yin and yang, sparking a new energy that unlocks an extraordinary opportunity not only for each brand, but, most importantly, for guests, loyal members, and visitors alike.
