PRINCIPAL

Ginna Claire Nguyen brings a diverse portfolio of experiences working with architecture firms, non-profits, restaurant, and real estate management companies. Prior to joining Bell Design Group, Ginna built two award-winning pavilions showcased at international exhibits in Japan and New York. She served as an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at Pasadena City College. During that time, Ginna developed a collaborative practice exploring innovative living typologies, from urban master plans to rural single-family homes.

Ginna’s studies include an art degree from Pepperdine University and an M.Arch degree from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Ginna serves on the board of two non-profit organizations in Southern California, underscoring her commitment to community development. She joined Bell Design Group in 2014 as the Director of Design, overseeing projects that range from hospitality to housing.

With creativity, diligence, respect and critical thought, Ginna’s unique role as the studio’s Principal enables her to combine her passion for people and place to effect positive change. This has been recognized through receiving the Boutique 18 Up-and-Coming Designer Award by Boutique Magazine, being named a 40 Under 40 by Building Design and Construction, and being awarded as a Community Impact Advocate finalist by the LA Business Journal’s Women of Influence Awards.
